I am wondering about how safe it is to even discuss a subject with someone on a public board, as you don't know how they will react if they get angry.
I have seen a person get angry on another board, and it resulted in the board being shut down completely, starting with what that angry person did with the names and email addresses of several people who he was angry at, to try to get revenge he thought he was entitled to.
We visit these forums to learn from and share with each other.
Ann, what about a separate Bloody Bill heading so only those interested in learning and sharing about him will read and post?

You are the one who is claiming to have proven that Uncle Billy was Bloody Bill Anderson, yet have not provided a shred of that vaunted "proof."  Conversely, many have posted documentation refuting his story -- all of which you claim was forged, altered or otherwise tampered with as part of some grand conspiracy to protect a single, and, in the larger scheme of things, relatively insignificant individual.  Repeating his story ad nauseum and spamming the CW boards without providing anything to substantiate it makes you appear to be just another ranting conspiracy nut. 

Frank Sinatra sang that "Fairy tales can come true...", but Wm. C.'s fairy tale never will.
