A Tribute To Our Black Confederate Heroes by Heritage Not Hate Productions

Black Johnny Rebs, who knew?

Thanks for the information, I would have never picked up a book on it otherwise if I hadn't been doing geneological research. As a Black American, those men fought for a reason not expressed in school books etc... The song in the video did however express their reason. I will not judge a right or wrong in their decision the same way I will not judge why Africans aided in the capture of other Africans for the slave trade. Again thanks for teaching me something new.

Black Heroes of the South that many prefer to forget

You left out Robert Smalls, the black hero that seized a ship and navigated it over to the Yankees, and later became a member of the United States Congress. And the many black men that remained at home and "cared for" the white women, while the Rebels were at war. Myself and others have written a great deal about this, and will be publishing much more about it in a book that we will be publishing in August. Look for it on all major newsstands, pal.
